1. Manage contact information for a selected showroom, suite or booth. The results are displayed under your video or audio with a picture on the INTRODUCTION Page.

2. The Introduction can be uploaded or streaming Video or Audio with a Picture. This is your 30 second of fame speech about who you are, what you do and why someone should do business with you. It is found on the INTRODUCTION Page.

3. The Freebie or Specials Board displays information on discounts or special along with an image of the product that is linkable. It can be used emphasize or sell an items or print a coupon. This is in the yellow square on the left of the INTRODUCTION Page.

4. Add any videos relating to your business. Videos can be uploaded or can be a streaming url or embedded code from Video Communities such as www.YouTube.com . View the media on the VIDEO Page on the left navigation bar. If there is no video no navigation button is displayed.

5. Uploaded PowerPoint Presentations or add streaming url or embedded code from PPT Communities such as www.AuthorSTREAM.com . This is found on the PRESENTATION Page on the left navigation bar. If there is no presentation no navigation button is displayed.

6. Uploaded pictures to www.slide.com or www.slideroll.com or any other picture community. Create a Slide Show or a Picture Gallery, use the streaming url or embedded here. The results will be found on the PIX SHOW Page on the left navigation bar. If there is no pix show, no navigation button is displayed.

7. NOT SHOWN - Want to hold a raffle? Add the title, description and image of the product you want to raffle. When selected by a visitor, their information is found in “Reports” as entering your raffle. Raffle is located in the bottom navigation bar and is only displayed if there is an active raffle in this showroom.

8. These are links with images to business partners/affiliates or other valuable resources for this showroom. It can also be used to link several showrooms or suites together. ‘Partnership link’ is found on the bottom Navigation Bar and is only displayed if there are active partners.

9. NOT SHOWN - Don’t have a company brochure? Create a flyer for your company. Choose from several templates, upload pictures and text content and instantly your flyer/brochure is ready to be viewed and printed. The Flyer is found on the bottom navigation bar and is only available if it is active.

10. Add up to three downloads to share. Downloads may consist of uploaded files (ppt, swf, doc, jpeg, gif, jpg, bmp, pdf) or direct links to url download pages. They are is found at the bottom navigation bar and are only available if they are active.

11. Add up to three company brochures, white papers or flyers. Upload files in any of these formats (ppt,swf,doc, jpeg, gif, jpg, bmp, pdf) or link to a url. Brochures are found at the bottom navigation bar when active.

12. Click here to preview your showroom with all content entered. See what your visitors will see.

13. This only shows available when a showroom/suite/booth is selected as a SPONSOR booth. It is a logo for sponsor Booths that is displayed on the HOME/FRONT Page of the HQExpo.
