Management
Manage the different
Features and Options for showrooms/suites/booths.
Quickly
change any booth/showroom/suite to active or inactive and back again. Find
Suite to change, selective active or inactive and click change. Inactive
suites stay in the HQExpo however the content is not available to visitors.

Change
the Current Position of a Regular or Sponsor Showroom to another Available
Position. It’s easy to move any suite around the HQExpo, from position to
position and floor to floor.
to change a Regular Booth Position, (for exa mple from 102 to 503), select
the suite name to change, then from the drop down of all available
positions choose position, then click change.
to
change a Sponsor Booth Position (for example 11 to 13) ), select the suite
name to change, then from the drop down of all available positions
choose position, then click change.

Change
the Booth/Showroom/Suite from a Regular to Sponsor and vice versa is as easy
as selecting suite to change, if Regular select from available Sponsor
position, then click change.

Manage the different content allowed in your suites and showrooms.
Decide if and what to charge, Look and Feel options, whether to have
Sponsor or special suites and Add/Delete Categories to help visitors
find suites.

Manage
features for users, add and edit the options available to vendors and the
charges associated with the Features.

Add
additional booth templates for users to choose. This requires design
experience. After designing the full view of the suite, create a smaller
compressed image which will allow vendors to review look when deciding which
template is best.

Add
and Edit different Suite Types and the price you want to charge for a that
type (ex. Regular or a Sponsor Booths)

Add/Edit/Remove Categories for Booths/Showrooms/Suites to be sorted by to
make them easy to find by visitors.
